The Summer Accelerator Has Concluded
The July Summer Accelerator has officially wrapped up — and now I’m turning my focus to the Fall Semester ahead.
Starting August 14th, I’ll be back in the classroom and working with a limited number of clients during these times:
- Monday–Thursday: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
It’s a busy stretch — morning lectures, afternoon sessions — but I look forward to keeping this window open for purposeful work that moves people forward.

Meet Hamilton (Ham) Mantz: The Executive Professor
With 35 years of leadership experience as a global executive and a successful career as a university professor (including over 400 lectures), Ham Mantz brings a unique and insightful perspective to guiding individuals and organizations toward their full potential. Educated at the prestigious Henley Business School in London (Executive Certificate in Management, Diploma in Management, International MBA), Ham combines real-world business acumen with a deep understanding of the academic landscape.

Ham’s own career journey is a testament to the power of perseverance. He thrived in a technical company despite lacking a technical background and excelled in academia without prior teaching experience. He also earned his International MBA from Henley Business School by taking one class at a time while working full-time, starting at age 41 and finishing at 46 – proving that continuous learning is always possible.
